This week’s Links of the Week post will be delayed for probably a couple of days. I’ve been revising my process for reading and have it better, but there was some necessary adjustment on the way, and I’ve got some network penetration testing labs to complete.

I don’t know what happened, but I woke up this morning with over 1,300 emails from your site in my inbox. Very annoying and frustrating. Looks like it sent me an email link to every single one of your posts several times over. Might want to check your site’s architecture.

I think I know what happened, and I think I’ve got it shut off (but the actual problem not fixed). Is it still happening?
Short form: took a copy of my site for development purposes, pushed a truckload of posts into it, and I suspect you’re logged in the system to receive notice of new posts. I need to find out where that information is stored and remove the registration — the site is private and external services won’t be able to reach the posts to poll, so that should solve it.
