Writing Guidelines and Tools

I have long held that a good GM should be a good writer.  I have found that being able to recognize and build on events in-game and make use of literary tropes is important to leading good role play.  I think it critical that a GM be able to clearly communicate with the players, and clear writing is a major element of that.
