Mobility feats make it easier for a character to move around the battlefield. Here are the core feats, and a few more.
Avoidance [Mobility]
Prereqs: Dex 15, Int 13, Combat Expertise, Dodge, Evasion, Mobility, Spring Attack, BAB +4, Tumble 8 ranks
Benefit: You do not provoke attacks of opportunity for moving through threatened squares. You can only do this if wearing light armor or no armor, and when lightly encumbered or unencumbered.
Normal: Leaving a threatened square, except the first square you leave or during a five-foot step, provokes an attack of opportunity.
Cast on the Run [Mobility, Spell]
You can cast and move at the same time.
Prereqs: Dex 13, Dodge, Mobility, Skill Focus: Concentration
Benefit: When casting a spell, you can move both before and after casting, provided that your total distance moved is not greater than your speed.
Normal: You may move before or after casting, but not both.
Mobility [Mobility]
Prereqs: Dex 13, Dodge
Benefit: You get a +4 dodge bonus to Armor Class against attacks of opportunity caused when you move out of or within a threatened area. A condition that makes you lose your Dexterity bonus to Armor Class (if any) also makes you lose dodge bonuses.
Dodge bonuses stack with each other, unlike most types of bonuses.
Special: A fighter may select Mobility as one of his fighter bonus feats.
Shot on the Run [Mobility, Ranged]
Prereqs: Dex 13, Dodge, Mobility, Point Blank Shot, BAB +4
Benefit: When using the attack action with a ranged or thrown weapon, you can move both before and after casting, provided that your total distance moved is not greater than your speed.
Normal: You may move before or after attacking, but not both.
Spring Attack [Mobility]
Prereqs: Dex 13, Dodge, Mobility, BAB 4
Benefit: When using the attack action with a melee weapon, you can move both before and after the attack, provided that your total distance moved is not greater than your speed. Moving in this way does not provoke an attack of opportunity from the defender you attack, though it might provoke attacks of opportunity from other creatures, if appropriate. You can’t use this feat if you are wearing heavy armor.
You must move at least 5 feet both before and after you make your attack in order to utilize the benefits of Spring Attack.
Normal: You may move before or after your attack, but not both.
Special: A fighter may select Spring Attack as one of his fighter bonus feats.
Whirlwind Attack [Mobility]
Prereqs: Dex 13, Int 13, Combat Expertise, Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack, BAB +4
Benefit: When you use the full attack action, you can give up your regular attacks and instead make one melee attack at your full Base Attack Bonus against each opponent within reach.
When you use the Whirlwind Attack feat, you also forfeit any bonus or extra attacks granted by other feats, spells, or abilities.
Special: A fighter may select Whirlwind Attack as one of his fighter bonus feats.
